Opis

Acroclinium seeds for dried flowers, mix of colors

Helipterium roseum is an annual plant that impresses with its delicate, colorful flowers of exceptional durability. Its pink and white inflorescences are perfect for drying, retaining their charm and intensity of color for a long time. It is ideal for bouquets, garlands, decorations in vases and other floral projects.

Acroclinium cultivation

  • Sowing: sow Acroclinium in April into pots, seeding trays or seedpods, which you will put in a bright place - preferably under cover, such as a greenhouse or foil tunnel. You can sow directly into the ground in May.
  • Substrate: Acroclinium prefers a light, permeable substrate. Sow the seeds on the surface of the soil, pressing them gently, as they need light to germinate.
  • Germination: Germination occurs at 18-22°C. Keep it moist, but avoid excess water.
  • Quilting: After the first leaves have sprouted, quilt the seedlings into separate pots.
  • Planting into a permanent place: After the risk of frost has passed (in the second half of May), transplant the plants to sunny positions in the garden or larger pots. Plants prefer well-drained and somewhat dry soil.

Acroclinium blooms from June to September, producing beautiful pink and white inflorescences that are not only showy, but also very durable and ideal for drying.
