What is the difference between stabilized gypsum and dried gypsum?

Stabilized gypsum, or "stopped in time" because of the way it is preserved, is definitely more flexible than dried gypsum. In addition, it does not crumble and does not tangle, so it is not subject to damage. We recommend it for compositions, garlands, invitations and vignettes.
