Triticale, a combination of the two cereals rye and wheat, is a plant of the panicle family. The variety was developed in the 20th century, and in the following century it spread around the world due to its higher fertility with lower soil requirements than other cereals like wheat. In Poland, the first variety ''Lasko'' appeared in 1982 and is still the most popular in our country. Triticale, in addition to the food industry, is used by florists and handicraftsmen. its remarkable durability makes it a great material for creating dry bouquets and idyllic arrangements involving dries.
Triticale - appearance and characteristics of the plant
Triticale plant with a characteristic appearance, similar to wheat. It usually reaches a height of 80 to 120 centimeters. Its stem is upright, stiff and bears small, compact ears on the upper part.
